Went for the Park City Triathlon today! 😂 Ski, Bike, Run

With the snow starting to melt, it’s time to start training again. Felt good to be back on the road.

This little girl has grown up into an amazing woman and turned 16 today! We almost share the same birthday by 30 minutes, and as I reflect as I have gotten older, I wish we did share the same day. I am so proud of you and the woman you have become. H

So I finished this wild adventure last week deciding to do a 70.3 Ironman. In four months, I went from running five miles, to being able to finish a pretty intense race.

Did a thing. East Canyon Olympic Triathlon as a warm up for the Arizona 70.3 Ironman in October. Ended up having a panic attack in the open water. Super fun. Guess we still have a lot of work to do!!
